Entry Twelve 12 is an entry moving forward from Entry Zero 0, in a normal chronology manner.
Its been a long time since me and my partners sat down to have a proper discussion about things, and that was what we did. Me and my partners had a meeting to discuss about our action plan for the coming one month. There are many things that need to be done. Every thing is built on one another. Example, the prices of our menu are dependent things such as rental rate, direct and indirect costs structure, estimated volume which is dependent on the location, etc. Example, renovation is dependent on the standard design, the location and the type of equipments. The type of equipments are dependent on the menu which is yet to be finalised due to many other factors.
Its quite scary and uncertain to find so many variables and nothing is certain, similar to solving a big jigsaw puzzle or a complicated math equation where the puzzle or equation keeps changing. The biggest constrain was capital. Everything would be much certain if we had lots and lots of money to burn.
The meeting ended with an unfortunate event. The action plan was scribbled onto a piece of scrap paper which i forgot to take after the discussion. I went back to look for it within several minutes but the sink ate it up. I have to recall everything from my memory.

Entry Ten 10
Entry Ten 10 is an entry moving forward from Entry Zero 0, in a normal chronology manner.
After several weeks of discussions and some "corporate espionage-ing", its finally time to put my signature on the real document, the Memorandum of Understanding with Jack on this new concept cafe franchise. Though this is just a MOU, not the actual franchise agreement, alot of phone calls were made to my informant/advisor to find out more about this coffee franchise., just to be sure that everything is genuine. In fact, I exchange information with him.
Signing this MOU is not without its risks, it cost me a certain amount of money.There is certain level of risk that I am ready to accept in order to proceed, nothing is 100%.
